Homemade gingerbread
For 6 to 8 people
Preparation Time : 35 min
Cooking Time : 1h
Ingredients :
160 g flour
60 g butter
140 g Albert Ménès Creamy Honey from France
2 teaspoons Albert Ménès gingerbread mix
65 cl milk
1/2 sachet baking powder
1 sachet vanilla sugar
Optional: 1 handful of dark chocolate chips
Preparation :
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, fan assisted.
In 2 separate saucepans, heat the butter until it is completely melted and the honey until it is liquid. Remove from the heat and leave to rest for a few moments.
Pour the flour, baking powder and gingerbread mix into a bowl.
In a bowl, mix together the hot honey and milk, then add the melted butter.
Pour the honey, milk and butter mixture into the flour, yeast and gingerbread mix. Mix well.
Add the sachet of vanilla sugar and mix well again.
