Sardinade
Ingredients :
- 20 cl fresh cream
- 2 boxes of Albert Ménès traditionally prepared organic sardines
- 1 lemon
- Albert Ménès Chives
- Albert Ménès pepper
- Salt
Preparation :
First, start by draining the sardines and put them in a salad bowl.
Then, take a glass and with the bottom of it, mash the sardines.
Afterward, add a few tablespoons of fresh cream, salt, pepper, Albert Ménès chives, and some lemon juice.
Finally, chill your mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.
You can use your sardine spread on toasted blinis or bread...
