Esquimaux à la framboise
Ingrédients pour les esquimaux :
- 150 g de confiture de framboise épépinée Albert Ménès
- 100g de sucre glace
- 1 cuillère à soupe d'eau
- 300 ml d'eau pétillante
La préparation des esquimaux à la framboise :
Pour commencer, faites chauffer la confiture, le sucre glace et l'eau dans une casserole à feu moyen.
Laissez le tout frémir pendant 5 minutes.
Ensuite, mélangez la préparation avec l'eau pétillante.
Enfin, versez la préparation dans 6 moules à glace et congelez-les au moins 6 heures.
