Our Organic Extra Raspberry Jam is made from organic raspberries and sugar. It is made by hand in an open copper pot by our master jam makers in the South of France. The fast cooking process and high fruit content in this jam keeps in all the aromas and flavours of the fruit.
Our organic raspberry jam is perfect spread on toast, melba toast or pancakes for breakfast or for a sweet treat. It is also the key ingredient for the German specialty, the Linzer Torte.
