Chickpea and Spinach Soup
Perfect for evenings when spirits are low but hunger doesn't come calling, this hearty soup will provide the necessary pinch of well-being for a little boost !

Cooking time : 25 Min
Ingredients :
- 400g spinach leaves
- 400g chick peas
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 onion
- Semolina Garlic Albert Ménès
- Ground cumin Albert Ménès
- Ground coriander Albert Ménès
- Ground cinnamon Albert Ménès
- Tomato with Salted Basil Albert Ménès
- Orange Albert Ménès
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Firstly, peel the onion and wash the spinach. Then, drain the spinach and chickpeas.
In a pot, brown the onion with some garlic, then add the spinach and let it cook for 5 minutes with the pot covered.
Next, add the chickpeas and cumin, as well as the bouillon cube and 750ml of water.
Allow to simmer for 25 minutes with the lid off. Finally, blend the soup and season with salt and pepper to taste.
