Rice noodle broth with small vegetables
For4 people
Preparation time : 15 min
Cooking time : 30 min
Ingredients :
- 1L vegetable stock
- 100g button mushrooms
- 2 carrots
- 1 leek white
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cm ginger
- 1 tablespoon of Albert Ménès 5 flavour blend
- 1/4 tea spoon of Albert Ménès chilli pepper
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon of lime juice
- 200 g rice noodles
- coriander
- Albert Ménès Voatsiperifery salt/wild pepper
Preparation :
Peel and chop all the vegetables.
Brown them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the ginger and spices.
Deglaze the vegetables with the soy sauce and lemon juice.
Pour in the vegetable stock, bring to the boil and add the rice noodles.
When the noodles are cooked, season and serve the hot broth in bowls, garnished with the coriander leaves.
