Dried fruit energy bar
For 6 people

Cooking time : 10 to 15 min
Refrigerators : 1h
Ingredients :
- 50 g Albert Ménès plain almonds
- 50 g Albert Ménès hazelnuts
- 50 g Albert Ménès walnuts
- 50 g Albert Ménès pecans
- 50 g Albert Ménès black grapes
- 50 g Albert Ménès rolled oats
- 100 g Albert Ménès creamy honey
- 40 g butter
- 1 tsp Albert Ménès cinnamon
Preparation :
Preheat your oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat.
Cut your almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and pecans into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix your crushed dried fruit, raisins and oat flakes with the honey, melted butter and cinnamon.
Using a mould or by hand, shape the cereal bars, place them on the baking tray and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
Once out of the oven, leave to cool for 5 minutes, then chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Tip: Add your favourite spices to the recipe!
