Albert Ménès chilli powder is a specific, exclusive creation, imagined by our teams and inspired by the chilli powders of the American Southwest. It contains no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. Made with small chilli peppers, this mixture is widely used in Tex Mex cuisine, originating from Texas and Mexico. The blend’s aroma is dominated by cumin, chilli and garlic. On the palate, the chilli is powerful and fragrant.
A must in the preparation of chilli con carne or fajitas, our chilli powder also adds a Mexican touch to grilled meats. Use in hot dishes at the beginning of cooking, or cold as a marinade.
INGREDIENTS: chili powder: cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic, cumin, oregano, whole cloves. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF PEANUTS, SESAME, MUSTARD and CELERY.
