Our Thai mix for wok is a unique and exclusive recipe, cooked up by our teams and made from classic Thai spices. It contains no artificial flavours, colourings or preservatives. This very mild blend has a rich and balanced spicy flavour base. It has a dominant cumin nose. On the palate, the exotic coconut and crunchy sesame flavours develop gradually. The mix is then spiced up with a hint of garlic, cumin and coriander.
Our Thai Mix for Wok goes perfectly with stir-fried vegetables, fried noodles, poultry, shellfish, Asian broths or sautéed pork. Add halfway through cooking or leave it to infuse.
INGREDIENTS: sesam, coriander, garlic, fennel, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, cumin, vanilla, whole cloves, cardamom, grated coconut, sugar, non-iodized salt, natural flavors. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF PEANUTS, SESAME, MUSTARD and CELERY.
