Fine and creamy, made with mature Dutch Gouda, the dough rests for a long time before being rolled out, folded and folded again, resting in between. After cutting, the pastry is sprinkled with sesame and poppy seeds. These small puff pastry sticks have an incomparable delicate flavour.
These appetisers are even more delicious when warmed in the oven for a few moments before serving.
