Located in the south-east of Cambodia, the region of Kampot is the perfect place to grow these exceptional peppercorns. This superior-quality pepper has a protected designation of origin. This red Kampot pepper has an unusual scent, with notes of honey and spices such as cloves and cinnamon. It has a well-balanced taste that is reasonably spicy and slightly warm, long-lasting and fruity with notes of lemon. It’s the perfect pepper for culinary connoisseurs. It can be used crushed or ground. This pepper mill is practical for the dinner table and in the kitchen with two openings (at the top and bottom) allowing you to fully appreciate the quality of the freshly ground peppercorns.
