In ancient times, parsley was used by the Greeks to crown the winners of the Olympic Games. Its subtle aroma and delicate flavour make it one of the most widely used aromatic herbs. Used fresh or added in the cooking process, it is known for stimulating appetite and helping digestion. La Caravane des Épices has selected this ORGANIC parsley for its subtle aroma and delicate flavour.
It is used to season vinaigrettes, mayonnaises and omelettes. Combined with garlic or shallots, it enhances fried mushrooms, cuttlefish, cockles and other seafood.
