Herbs of Provence « Label Rouge »

Albert Ménès Provence Herbs are “Label Rouge” certified, a guarantee of superior quality and strict compliance with a specific mixture: 27% savory, 27% oregano, 27% rosemary and 19% thyme. These aromatic plants come from the Provencal terroir (South of France), with the characteristic southern climate; the sunshine, the mistral and the higher temperatures give the plants aromas of very good quality, widely recognized. These are harvested by a cooperative in the South of France with rich know-how, guaranteeing traceability from seed to plate. The harvest of these herbs is done between May and September, when the plants are most loaded with essential oils. They are then rigorously selected and then checked throughout their transformation.
Indispensable in French gastronomy, Provence Herbs are essential for the preparation of Provençal specialties such as ratatouille, pistou soup or even Provencal tomatoes. They also flavor grilled meats or fish and are used in many seasonings or in breadcrumbs.
INGREDIENTS: Oregano 27%, rosemary 27%, savory 27%, thyme 19%. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF PEANUTS, SESAME, MUSTARD and CELERY.
