These tiny ears of corn come from a special variety grown for its miniature size. Albert Ménès selects the very smallest. They are picked very young, guaranteeing their crunchiness and delicate taste.
They enhance and decorate cold meat and delicatessen dishes and are a great accompaniment for a raclette. They can also be used in mixed salads.
