From the sun-drenched Languedoc region, Lucques olives can be recognised at first sight by their crescent-moon shape and their bright green colour. In the mouth, their fine, plump flesh releases its unique mild taste of buttery hazelnut.
Served as an appetiser or with cocktails, as well as in a lightly seasoned salad, its quality will be much appreciated.
