Our Albert Ménès Fine Salt with Truffle is a great original seasoning for cream of vegetable soups, delicate fish, salads, foie gras or carpaccio. It also works wonderfully sprinkled onto fried eggs or mixed into scrambled eggs or omelettes.
INGREDIENTS: fine pink salt 97.6%, white truffle flavouring 1.2%, dried truffle (Tuber Aestivum) 1.2%. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF PEANUTS, SESAME, MUSTARD and CELERY.
