The Albert Ménès Mirabelle Jam is made from Lorraine mirabelles, selected for their juicy flesh and their PGI (Protected Geographical Indication). The quality of the fruit reveals their delicate flavour and melting texture.
Our Mirabelle de Lorraine plum jam is perfect spread on toasted brioche, melba toast or pancakes for breakfast or for a snack. You can also use it to add flavour to yoghurt or quark.
INGREDIENTS: mirabelle plums from Lorraine, cane sugar, gelling agent : pectins, acidifier : citric acid.
