Albert Ménès has selected this fine, delicate Spanish lemon tree honey made with traditional production methods. This almost white honey, often finely crystallised, has a strong citrus aroma. Golden and creamy, it draws its fragrance from the flowers in the orchards of Murcia. The flavours of this lemon honey are subtle, and its floral aromas are delicate and fragrant.
Enjoy this Albert Ménès Spanish lemon tree honey by the spoonful, on a slice of toast or on one of our raisin toasts to avoid altering its subtle taste. You can also sweeten teas or infusions with this delicious honey.
