Albert Ménès black tapenade is made from beautiful black olives bursting with sunshine, finely ground and flavoured with a few capers and aromatic herbs. A 100% natural recipe with no colourings, preservatives or artificial flavors. This beautiful creamy black spread awakens the taste buds.
Rich in olives, this tapenade can be enjoyed as an appetiser on small slices of toast or as a garnish for puff pastry. It also goes perfectly with white fish, enhancing it with its Mediterranean notes.
INGREDIENTS: Black olives (88%) (black olives, salt), capers, extra virgin olive oil, spirit vinegar, garlic, anchovy paste (anchovies, salt, olive oil), modified 40% cognac, herbs. May contain some small fragments of olive stones.
