This lemon paste gives a fragrant, lemony flavour that's perfect for marinades, or as an accompaniment to grilled fish or vegetables. Try it to flavour your pasta sauces or to create original dressings for salads or vegetables by coating them before roasting them in the oven.
You can also mix a few spoonfuls of lemon paste with thyme in yoghurt or ricotta cheese to make a sauce for vegetable sticks as an apetizer.
