Curry pastes are mainly used in Thailand, they are used as a base to prepare sauces and traditional dishes. Made from blends of spices and crushed condiments (garlic, ginger, lemongrass), these are perfect pastas for seasoning dishes. With this set consisting of 3 curry pastes, vary the dishes and flavors:
•Yellow curry is mild and fragrant: it goes very well with vegetables and white meats.
•Red curry is spicy: it goes well with red meats.
•Green curry is spicy but more subtle and herbaceous: goes well with delicate dishes such as white fish or shellfish.
