Tuna and mustard verrines
Ingredients :
For 6 people
- 1 can of white tuna
- 150g of St Morêt cheese
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of tarragon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 clove of mild crunchy garlic
- Thyme
- Salt and pepper
- 1 can of white tuna150g of St Morêt cheese
Preparation :
- To begin, cut your cucumber, tomatoes, and garlic into small cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the white tuna with St Morêt cheese and mustard.
- Season with salt and pepper to your taste, then add the lemon juice and thyme.
- In verrines (small glass jars or cups), start with a layer of tomatoes and garlic, followed by a layer of cucumber, and finish with a layer of the tuna mixture.
- Then, refrigerate your verrines.
