Thaï beef soup with red curry
The colors of the Thai kingdom come to our plates with this delicious beef soup! Guests will each find something to love among the red meat, vegetables, and spices. You won't be able to do without this exotic cocktail.

Ingredients :

450 g fat-free sirloin steak
-
250 g bean sprouts
-
40 cl coconut milk
-
2 tbsp Albert Ménès red curry paste
-
1 onion
-
1 red pepper
-
3 tbsp. coconut oil
-
2 cm fresh ginger
-
1 red chilli
-
2 cloves garlic
-
Lime juice
-
Nuoc-Mam sauce
-
1 beef stock cube
-
Albert Ménès Coriander
Preparation :
Start by peeling, deseeding, and slicing the garlic, bell pepper, red chili, and onion. Also, peel and grate the ginger.
Next, dissolve your bouillon cube in 1 liter of boiling water.
In a large pot, heat the coconut oil then sauté the onion and bell pepper. Then, add the garlic and ginger and cook for 2 minutes. Finally, add the red curry paste and cook for one more minute.
Complete your preparation with the remaining liquids: coconut milk, beef broth, lime juice, and finally, nuoc mam sauce. Let it simmer for about fifteen minutes before adding the bean sprouts and cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
On the side, grill the meat for 3 minutes per side, then slice it into thin strips.
Serve the soup in pretty bowls with the meat, then sprinkle each serving with red chili and cilantro.
