RIZ AU SAFRAN ET NOIX DE SAINT JACQUES CURRY VERT
Pour 4 personnes :
- 250g de riz
- 16 noix de saint jacques
- du curry vert Albert Ménès
- du safran en filaments Albert Ménès
- de l'eau chaude que vous pouvez améliorer avec du bouillon
- sel et poivre
- 1 gousse d'ail
- 1 échalote
- 20g de beurre
Commencez par faire cuire votre riz dans de l'eau bouillante ou du bouillon.
Dans une poêle, faite revenir votre ail et échalote hachés dans le beurre.
Ajoutez-y le riz cuit, salez, poivrez et remuez avec une cuillère en bois.
Ajoutez le safran et remuez.
Pendant que le riz cuit à feu doux, faites revenir vos saint jacques dans un poêle avec du beurre et le curry vert.
Attention à ne pas trop cuire les saint jacques, il faut qu'elles restent fondantes.
Pour servir, mettez vos saint jacques sur le riz au safran et saupoudrez de curry vert.
