Feta and tomato cake with wild garlic
Serves 6
Difficulty : Easy
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time : 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- 180 g flour
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 10 cl milk
- 10 cl olive oil
- 150 g feta cheese
- 100 g sundried tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. wild garlic
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C
- Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add the eggs one at a time, then whisk in the oil and milk until smooth.
- Crumble the feta, chop the sun-dried tomatoes and add to the batter.
- Pour in the wild garlic and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a cake tin
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until the cake is golden brown and the blade of a knife comes out dry.
- Leave to cool before removing from the tin.
