Ingrédients
2 kg de viande de cabri
3 oignons
3 gousses d’ail
2 tomates
3 cuillères à café de Massalé Albert Ménès
1 cuillère à café de curcuma Albert Ménès
1 cuillère à café de gingembre moulu Albert Ménès
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile de tournesol
Poivre de Bélem en grains Albert Ménès
Sel

Préparation
Coupez la viande de cabri en gros morceaux.
Épluchez les gousses d’ail, les oignons et les émincer finement.
Coupez les tomates en gros dés.
Faites chauffer l’huile d’olive et mettez la viande de cabri à sauter.
Lorsque la viande est bien colorée, ajoutez l’ail et l’oignon et faites revenir le tout pendant 2 minutes.
Incorporez les tomates, le massalé, le curcuma, et le gingembre à la préparation. Salez et poivrez à votre convenance.
Couvrez le tout d’eau froide et laissez mijoter le cabri massalé pendant 1 heure à feu doux.
Servez chaud accompagné de riz parfumé.
