One refill equals three bottles of Herbs of Provence. These eco-refills are resealable and hermetic: they protect your spices from humidity and light and preserve all their aromas and organoleptic qualities. With this spice refill system, Albert Ménès intends to offer an alternative to reduce waste and limit the impact on the environment, without compromising quality.

A key element of French gastronomy, Herbes de Provence is made up of a blend of fragrant herbs typical of the Mediterranean region: oregano, rosemary, thyme and basil. Albert Ménès offers a unique blend of Herbes de Provence prepared from an exclusive recipe, rich in basil. This gives it a pleasant, distinctive taste of a very high quality.
These herbs are essential for the preparation of Provençal specialities such as ratatouille, pistou soup or Provençal-style tomatoes. They also flavour grilled meat or fish.
